#### Ingredients:

 

**For the Chicken Patties:**

– 1 lb (450g) ground chicken

– 1 cup breadcrumbs

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

– 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

– 1 egg

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tsp salt

– 1/2 tsp pepper

– 1/2 tsp paprika

– Olive oil (for frying)

 

**For the Green Sauce:**

– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

– 1/4 cup fresh herbs (such as parsley, cilantro, or dill)

– 1 clove garlic, minced

– 1 tbsp lemon juice

– Salt and pepper to taste

 

#### Instructions:

 

1. **Prepare the Chicken Patties:**

– In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, green onions, egg, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.

– Shape the mixture into small patties (about 2 inches in diameter).

 

2. **Cook the Patties:**

– Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

– Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

 

3. **Prepare the Green Sauce:**

– In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt (or sour cream), fresh herbs, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
